GAME DAY Events – sailgating with the VOL Navy.
- KokOasis is docked at the VOL Navy Docks, adjacent to Neyland Stadium
- Party begins 4 hours prior to kick-off and ends 1 hour prior to kick-off (rain or shine)
- Guests are granted full access to Upper Party Deck
- Guests are granted restricted access to Lower Deck (cabin, galley & restrooms)
- Atmosphere includes festive Game Day Music
- Complimentary Chips & Salsa are provided
- Complimentary Iced Tea is provided
- Renter responsible for other Food & Beverage Arrangements1
- Guests are granted full access to use a Gas Grill
- Cost is $40/person (maximum 12 guests)
- Additional guests may include the boat owner and a few of their friends
- A reservation must be secured with signed Rental Agreement and Full Payment in advance
OTHER Events – board meetings, strategy sessions, retreats, intimate dinner parties, etc.
